Set! Letters & Numbers is a 70-page handwriting workbook for children aged 4 to 6 who can write most capitals, by Milo Wick. Paperback on Amazon, PDF on Etsy.
Small letters are harder than capitals and most books rush them. Half of them sit inside the dashed midline, four of them drop below the baseline, and b, d, p and q are the same shape turned four ways. So each one gets a page, in an order that keeps the confusing pairs apart.
The numbers run alongside rather than after. A child writing 7 next to seven things to count is doing two different jobs at once, and the second one is why the first one matters.

Why a boy and a girl edition
Children like to find themselves in a book. So Books 1 and 2 come in two editions, one with Rudy and one with Sadie: pick the one your child will enjoy most.
Both teach exactly the same thing, in the same order, on the same pages. Only the child changes: on the cover, in some of the pictures and on the certificate at the end.
Book 3 has one edition, with Rudy and Sadie together.

Questions before you buy
Which age is it for?
Set! Letters & Numbers is for ages 4 to 6. The bands on the three covers overlap on purpose: what matters is what the hand can already do, not the birthday. The series page says which book to start with.
Print or cursive?
Print, not cursive and not pre-cursive: no entry or exit strokes. Every model carries a start dot and numbered arrows in the Zaner-Bloser stroke order, the one most schools in the United States teach, and the order is the same in all three books.
Boy edition or girl edition?
The same book, page for page. Only the child changes: on the cover, in some of the pictures and on the certificate at the end. Pick the one your child will enjoy most.
Can the pages be done again?
The paperback is pencil on paper, once, which is how a workbook is meant to be used: 70 pages is a term of practice. The printable PDF is the same book as a file, and prints again as often as you like.
Are the pictures made with AI?
The pictures start in an image generation tool and are then checked one by one by us. The letters, the arrows and the tracing lines are set from a typeface designed for beginning readers, not generated.

The paperback is printed and sent by Amazon from the store for your country, 8.5 x 11 in, 70 pages. The PDF is the whole book from our Etsy shop, to print at home on A4 or US Letter paper.
